The hotel had an early check-in, comfortable beds, and great city and park views.

we had an amazing experience at park lane. we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the presidential suite, which made our 6-day break absolutely perfect. the staff were friendly and efficient, provided helpful recommendations for dining and activities, and even offered a lovely happy-hour with complimentary nibbles. the hotel's location by central park was unbeatable, and the view from our room was breathtaking, offering a 180-degree panorama of the entire park.
Couldn't stay longer 😞
